sanity-hsm test 1d was added to Lustre tag 2.10.59 with patch with commit id 1e7fc14bbf48f7 . Thus, this test should be skipped for all testing with b2_10 servers and b2_11 and later clients.

Skipping test_1d is added to patch for LU-11564 with commit id ba4dabddc7fab .
