Use kernel_read/write instead of vfs_read/write for PCC

    Description

      In the latest kernel (version 4.14), vfs_read/write are no long export kernel symbols any more.  The merged PCC still calls the vfs_read/write functions. This rusults in the complile failure.

      We should use kernel_read/write instead of vfs_read/write.
