Description

We hit the following LBUG on the cient at our customer site.

As far as I can see LU-118, this is fixed and the patches were landed in lustre-1.8.6, but we hit again.
LU-267 seems to be related ticket of this issue. Is LU-118 workaround patch? do we need to fix the kernel to completely solve this issue?
