RHEL 8.9 support for 2.12 clients and 2.14 servers (zfs only)

    Description

      We are still running in production with:
      2.14.0-based server (zfs only)
      2.12.9-based (client only)

      Please backport patches for RHEL 8.9 support for both and push them to gerrit against b2_14 and b2_12 respectively.

            With patch series https://review.whamcloud.com/c/fs/lustre-release/+/53280 applied on b2_14 branch, RHEL 8.9 server build passed with ZFS 2.1.13.
