getquota() can be replaced with just calling 'lfs quota' with new options that have been added. Updating all of the test cases at once is too much for the test system to handle so this change will be broken into patches of <= 10 tests at a time. This will also include updating old single brace conditionals to double brace conditionals to follow the newer code style
