linkea_entry_pack is both static and exported

    Description

      linkea_entry_pack was accidentally both declared static and explicitly exported. That breaks the build on ppc64.

      Patch forthcoming.

          I think that requiring 2.4.0 to compile is not too high of a requirement to impose on the release.

          The level of effort needed to get this in is completely trivial since we have already supplied the very simple and obvious fix.

          We'll make every effort to get this in but I don't think that an issue limited to only to ppc can warrant holding the release at this late stage
