Resolve confusion over custom e2fsprogs

    Description

      In training with Brett Lee, it came up that e2fsprogs is a constant pain - we need to grab the custom version, which is placed in a non-obvious location.

      Please consider either renaming to Le2fsprogs, or making a symlink in the download directory to the correct e2fsprogs.
