This version exception should really be moved into test_2c as a skip (along with all of the other version checks at the start of sanity-lfsck), rather than keeping them in ALWAYS_EXCEPT since that is for defects in the code/test that are temporarily being skipped, not because of permanent gaps in functionality. Will leave the always_except label until that is done.

Lustre-2.4 does not support test_2c, will skip it.

There are a number of tests failing in master-2.4 interop tests when running the "full" test suite. This test should just be skipped in interop mode if it doesn't make sense to run.
