Backport ZFS on Linux 0.6.4 compat changes to Lustre 2.5

    Description

      The ZFS OSD in Lustre 2.5.3 fails to build with the recent 0.6.4 release of ZoL. Fixes for master had been provided in LU-6038, but haven't been backported to b2_5 yet, as far as I could tell. I've done that now and will upload the patches to Gerrit once testing with both ZoL 0.6.3 and 0.6.4 is complete.
