Description

Some of autoconf checks are not used any more and can be removed. Some of them should be moved according new place of code.

I'm looking for your request about ofed.m4. Few checks can be defensively removed but I'm carious about one. So, I'm going to provide one more patch at least.

Depends on what is the oldest OFED stack that will build on our oldest supported platforms (RHEL6.6, SLES11SP3).

I wonder if we can remove ofed.m4. Those checks our from old OFED version days.
