This issue relates to the following test suite run: https://testing.hpdd.intel.com/test_sets/5028e598-274b-11e5-9632-5254006e85c2.

The sub-test test_4a failed with the following error:

Passed grace time 12, 1436542665, 1436542679

This seems very related to LU-4306. The same test is failing, but the error message is new and in fresh lines from recent landing in master for LU-4306.

All the new occurrences are on zfs, I think that's because of the zfs bad sync performance. Probably we'd disable this test for zfs temporarily and re-enable it once ZIL support ready (LU-4009).
