Manual is missing o2iblnd module parameters

    Description

      Looking at section 36.2 of the manual (Module Parameters), it has subsections for LNet options, socklnd options, ptllnd options, and mxlnd options. No o2iblnd options which apply to all IB customers (the majority). This is a huge oversight!
