 Description   

Looking in sanity, several fail locs (OBD_FAIL_LDLM_OST_LVB, OBD_FAIL_SPLIT_UPDATE_REC, OBD_FAIL_LARGE_STRIPE, OBD_FAIL_MDS_STALE_DIR_LAYOUT and probably others) are being set on the local (client node) but are only checked in server side code.
