This issue relates to the following test suite run:

test_18c failed with the following error:

(4) Expect 3 fixed on mds1, but got: 4

Suspect this failure is due to some very recent landing in master.
Only 2 instances seen in a maloo search, both in the last day or so.
Both instances seen in zfs testing only.
