Test 42a and 42c are in the sanity.sh ALWAYS_EXCEPT list due to LU-9693, and 42b is excepted due to LU-6493. These tests are being run because they are explicitly requested in the ONLY=... 42 ... list set before sanity-dom.sh calls sanity. Either 42 should be removed from ONLY, or it should be changed to only request 42d and 42e.
