[LU-10583] replay-single tests failing due to ‘error: readonly: Operation not supported'

Description

Several replay-single tests are failing with a variety of error messages, but the same error is seen in all the suite log

CMD: trevis-6vm4 /usr/sbin/lctl --device lustre-MDT0000 readonly
trevis-6vm4: error: readonly: Operation not supported

This issue is only seen on the lustre-master-patchless branch/builds.

For any one test session, different replay-single tests fail with not being able to set the MDT to readonly. Some of these tests are 0c, 44c, 70b, 80d, 81a, 81d, and 120. In addition, replay-vbr tests 1b,2b, 3b, 4c, 4d, 4f, 4h, 5b, 5c, 6c, 6d, 7a, 7b, 7c, 7e, 7f, 7h, 7i, 10b, 12a and conf-sanity test 84 fail.
