Yes, if this patch does not land and lctl list_nids actually stays deprecated I can always reopen the ticket.

Why not use this ticket to land the patch. Even though the lctl list_nids hasn't been deprecated yet, it'll eventually be. So if we remove the usage of list_nids from the tests suites, when we do deprecate them, there will be less work to do.

lctl list_nids will never go away. But its being reborn with the Netlink IPv6 work.
