DoM is working with DNE out of box but requires better integration and performance optimizations. It is important to show also that adding more MDT servers helps to improve write performance. First step should be regular tests with DOM+DNE setup on Maloo in dom-performance.sh |

our test shows DNE is working well with DoM, just FYI. Of course extensive test is still needed. |

Testing at Cray is showing a significantly worse performance for DNE DoM than single-MDS DoM using 2.11. We're still trying to tease apart some confusing numbers...

Nathan, can you share any details - configuration, benchmarks, etc? Also are you using COS on MDT? (it is OFF by default) |
