We should enable the neterror debugging mask by default in libcfs_debug so that we can more easily identify cases where there are network problems causing Lustre issues. Otherwise, I think we are missing cases where the underlying network is unstable, and we are seeing effects at the Lustre level that are hard to debug. |

This has always been turned off because its very noisy so people requested it be off by default. |
