sanity test 160h was added by the patch at https://review.whamcloud.com/31376 in Lustre 2.11.53. Thus, we need to add a server version check to sanity test 160h to make sure the server is 2.11.53 or later.

Note: In 2.11.52, a test 160h was added to sanity with no version check. Thus, this is what caused the failure in our 2.11.53 interop testing and prompted this ticket. Then, test 160h was rename in the above patch to 160i.
