some conf parameters (like ) are set via udev and /usr/sbin/lctl.
otherwise number of tests just fail and the root cause is not obvious.

This is the same problem reported in LU-10626 so updating one part of test-framework will not cover things. I suggested a possible solution that would make everything work out of the box.
