that failing check is supposed to verify that aggregated statfs works as expected and OST doesn't get STATFS RPC after successful MDS_STATFS.

It isn't clear why this new bug was filed? It is essentially the same as LU-11488, and should probably be closed as a duplicate?

this is the same test formally, but actually it's a new verification In 133b added specifically for aggregated statfs functionality. so a different issue.

Maybe you are confusing LU-11488 "sanity test_133b: @@@@@@ FAIL: OST got STATFS" with LU-11375 "Client 2.10 fails to mount Server 2.11.54"? There is nothing in this ticket that is different from LU-11488, except that ticket is being used for a few weeks already for the "OST got STATFS" error, so it isn't clear to me what the benefit is of opening a second "OST got STATFS" ticket.
