[LU-116] fix mmp test 10 to allow e2fsck run on mounted filesystem with -n option

Description

The e2fsck in the latest e2fsprogs version 1.41.12.2.ora1 could be run on mounted filesystem with -n option specified. The mmp test 10 needs to be fixed to verify this and check the e2fsck return value properly.

The mmp test 9 has an issue of aborting e2fsck after it's complete. Please refer to bug 23534. This would also be fixed here.

The mmp.tar.gz contains the logs generated by running mmp test suite via auster.
The mmp.log is the whole output, from which we could see:

The test logs were uploaded to Maloo by maloo_upload.sh. However, I could not see them on https://maloo.whamcloud.com. I also tried to manually upload the mmp.tar.gz through the "upload results" web page but the results still did not show up.
