 Description   

Without libyaml-devel installed,

 ./configure --enable-dist

fails with

...
checking for yaml_parser_initialize in -lyaml... no
configure: error: YAML development libraries not not installed

which should not be required to run make dist.

The absence of zlib-devel is also fatal when running configure --enable-dist, and should not be.
