This is the LU-869 left over which affects following tests.

Bobijam, is there actually something to be fixed in this bug, or are these tests only failing because of LU-869? If the problem is only because of LU-869, and these test_99* would pass once the LU-869 problem is fixed, then this bug should just be resolved with "Won't Fix".
