 Description   

LU-11413 modified the behavior of route selection for GET REPLY and PUT ACK by making it so that we use the same router where the GET/PUT arrived from. This enhancement was lost in the MR-Routing feature that has landed for 2.13. This ticket is to track restoring this behavior.
