There were more than 10 failures last week, which is affecting patch review testing on master branch.

It isn't clear at all if the original LU-12470 issue should be marked as "resolved", or just reopened and drop this ticket as a duplicate. I don't think it really helps to create a new issue if there is no indication that the problem was fixed by the landed patch, it just makes it harder to track, since this new ticket is not linked to the dozen or so other tickets for the various different subtest failures.

Close this as a duplicate of LU-12470, since the original issue was never fixed.
