 Description   

Mellanox guys checked a new MOFED version with lustre and found Lustre isn't support it.
Let's fix this problem.

I will ask a Mellanox, about share a beta iso. Based on my info, official release should available on next two weeks.

@Minh, a zero cost support and just bug fixes for configure checks in patch.

Hello @Minh,

A number of users and vendors (including us Atos/Bull) are expecting to install the current 2.12 LTS on RHEL 7.7 with MOFED (which only 4.7 brings compatibility with RHEL 7.7 kernels).

On top of this, Peter announced last week during the LAD, that 2.12.3 would be released with compatibility of MOFED 4.7.

So I think it is needed to have this in b2_12.

You will also need to cherry-pick those dependencies which are not present on b2_12:
