 Description   

Module parameters (ex: lnet_transaction_timeout) is not being set correctly when using the module parameter file /etc/modparam.d/<>.conf.

This has been observed by NASA in LU-12772

The issue with the parameters not being set as specified in the configuration file has been fixed by the following commit:
