We are seeing repeated messages

LU-11418 mdd: delete name if orphan doesn't exist

Hello  ys, I have uploaded a test that shows there is an incompatibility problem with old-format names and fix from LU-13070 is useful. It is passed with fix from LU-13070 and failed without if in my local environment. We could finally land  it as a regression test for the upgrade.
