Description

Add man page for llapi_data_version(). Clearly document whether this is only the data object version of if it includes the metadata change version. If it does not include the metadata version, is it possible to add a flag fir the command to include the metadata version, so that userspace can determine if MDT attributes were modified.

Verify that the data_version properly covers DoM components.

Mike, while writing this ticket to add a man page for llapi_data_version() I wondered whether this command will properly report whether a DoM component is modified? That is important to avoid data loss if migrating a file.
