Review the existing LLNL DMU OSD implementation and add support for Access Control Lists (ACLs), recovery, and the metadata overhead estimates required to implement 'grant'

In the patch S_OSD was added, but it seemed that the corresponding entry in libcfs_debug_subsystems in lnet/utils/debug.c should also be updated.
