LU-12977 removed ext4-remove-truncate-warning.patch however ext4-remove-truncate-warning.patch still references it.

Remove ext4-remove-truncate-warning.patch from the series.

Yeah I was hoping to fix that with https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/37352 but it can be separately. Landing order issue  I don't expect that patch to land until SLES15 and RHE8.1 land first.

I really should have caught in my last refresh of the patch ... but yeah sometimes there are quirks due to changes in-flight
