 Description   

Messages like to following are helpful for developers but confusing to admins.

2020-05-08T08:53:19.366356-05:00 c0-0c2s2n0 format at import.c:1501:ptlrpc_import_recovery_state_machine doesn't end in newline

There are a few LASSERTF cases that do not have terminating newlines ... lets just fix those few stragglers.
