test_205b failed with the following error:

wrong job_stats format found

This happens when running interop testing between master client and 2.12 servers.

sanity test 205b was modified by patch cd8fb1e8d300 https://review.whamcloud.com/38816 that landed to Lustre at 2.13.54.91 and should be skipped for all version interop testing between clients that are >= 2.13.54.91 and earlier servers.
