 Description   

We shouldn't send glimplse callback to MDTs every time when qunit is changed. Now we have to do this as there is no special array for DOM.

I created this ticket as had a fix for that, but finally realized it shouldn't help.
I've reviewed the code again and think that good solution could be too complex.
I don't think current issue may affect a performance as changing qunit and edquot flag is a rare operation.
From my point of view this should be solved only when MDT pool quotas will be implemented.
