It would be nice to get a proper description for this issue. Is there some reason to believe that pool quotas do not work with wide-striped files? What is the problem that triggered the need for this test?

The new sanity-quota test_1g added by patch https://review.whamcloud.com/39469/ "LU-13810 tests: OST Pool Quotas with wide striping" has been failing on ZFS backends intermittently (8 of 54 ZFS runs) since it landed on 2020-09-08:

I guess it is some kind of race with deleting files from the previous test or possibly the interaction between two different quota limits?

In any case, we need to get a fix or ALWAYS_EXCEPT for ZFS or revert the patch.
