 Description   

The lustre/doc/lfs-setquota.1 and lfs-quota.1 man pages need to be updated to describe the OST pool quota option --pool, as well as at least a brief description of the restrictions of quotas as described in LUDOC-467. Also, at least one example of usage should be added.
