Description

Statistics are important when trying to understand the behaviour of a cluster's network. This epic will track:

1. LNet message timing statistics:
   • How long a message spends on the different queues
   • How long a message takes to complete
2. Load/locking statistics
   • The CPT architecture allows for processing load to be spread across the different CPTs, but there is no way to understand how heavily each CPT is being used
     • keep track of time taken for CPT specific operations; example MDUnlink/MDLookup
