Since it may go for a while without producing any output, ofd_access_log_reader may fail to notice that consumer exited.

LU-14053 utils: detect hangup in ofd_access_log_reader

In ofd_access_log_reader, when the batch file is a pipe or socket,
detect hangups and exit.
