 Description

Currently, a lot of test results in Maloo are reported with "Client distro: CentOS 7.0", when they are actually CentOS7.7 or 7.8.

This appears to caused by the preference for /etc/os-release, which only reports "Version: 7 (Core)", while /etc/centos-release reports "CentOS 7.7.1908 (Core)" and should be used instead I think.

Between the patch https://review.whamcloud.com/39952 "LU-13969 - Updates to lustre-release yaml.sh" and ATM-1842, the client distro should be fixed, meaning, that we should see the minor version number in Maloo. Note, the LU-13969 patch has only landed for master.

The b2_12 patch is at https://review.whamcloud.com/#/c/40402/ .
