Do an overview of the LND/LNet module parameters and determine which ones we can be set dynamically. There are a category of parameters which can be set dynamically and would be useful to do so to streamline tuning LNet on the fly on active sites: peer_credits peer_credits_hiw concurrent_sends service_port timeout conns_per_peer peer_timeout use_privilaged_port require_privileged_port accept_type avoid_asym_router_failure alive_router_check_interval router_ping_timeout
