 Description   

The FIEMAP ioctl should set FIEMAP_EXTENT_DATA_ENCRYPTED|FIEMAP_EXTENT_ENCODED for all extents of files encrypted by fscrypt.

Note that there is a new patch to FIEMAP in LU-11848, so this should try to avoid conflict with that patch if practical.
