with this patch landed racer's timeouts have raisen to ~28% from ~6% (local testing)

Could you please provide with node setup (single/multi) and duration (if anyting special (longish) etc). I am checking it. Just for referance, I tested on my single node, witn runtime ~10mins. (master)

nothing special:
FSTYPE=ldiskfs MDSCOUNT=2 RACER_ENABLE_FALLOCATE=true SLOW=yes DURATION=2700 MDSSIZE=250000 OSTSIZE=400000 OSTCOUNT=2 LOGDIR=/tmp/ltest-logs REFORMAT=yes REFORMAT=yes bash racer.sh
not every run hits the problem.
