The sub-test test_22 failed with the following error:

cp: cannot create regular file `/mnt/lustre/a': Input/output error
test_22 failed with 41

Dmesg on the MDS node showed that:

LustreError: 2315:0:(lov_request.c:572:lov_update_create_set()) error creating fid 0x1 sub-object on OST idx 0/1: rc = -11
