Multiple sanityn tests fail with "<operation> isn't blocked" fill in your favorite operation. It looks like this issue was fixed by the patches in LU-12470, but those patches did not fix the version interop testing failures or some patch has landed that broke the interop testing.

I don't know when this first started, but we see it as early as SEPT 2019 with 2.12.2 servers and 2.12.57.49 clients and is happening until today with 2.12.6 servers and 2.14.51.196 clients

test_41b failed with the following error:
