 Description   

LU-13569 relies on the lpni_last_alive update in lnet_parse() to determine eligibility for recovery pings. However, in a routed network the lpni_last_alive being updated will likely be for a router rather than the message originator.

After further review of the LNet health architecture it was determined that this issue is not a bug.
