Hi Sergey, I don't think that Hongchao will be able to look at this soon, would you be able to push a patch for it? You are more familiar with the pool quota code I think.

I created LU-15603 for that. However I am also not sure when will have time for that. Don't think I can start this work in a nearest couple of weeks.
