"lfs quota" shouldn't print default quota info about the specified quota ID unless
the default quota has been defined by the admin.

Does it ever make sense to print the "using default" message? Would it make more sense to just fill in the fields from the default when displaying the quota?

Regarding the proposed change, yes!  It  appears to simplify the output, with clarity.  "Here's your usage, and here's your limit."
