Ah, thanks for catching both of those. 46140 is just an internal branch copy of one of these, didn't intend to note it here. I'll remove it to reduce confusion. |

can this patch be related to recent timeouts (stats over last 4 weeks): |

This specific patch was just merged, so I don't think so. This patch might make those timeouts more frequent - There's a partial rewrite of this code in flight to fix several bugs in this area: (I can't hit the 398b hangs locally so I don't know for sure if it solves them.) |
